PositionBarista (Full-Time)
Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Responsibilities- Prepare coffee and beverages according to GAG Coffee Co. standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation.
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain stock and report inventory shortages.
Requirements- Previous café or barista experience is preferred (freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome).
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
Workplace Rules- Report to work on time in complete uniform.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and personal grooming.
- Treat every customer with respect and professionalism.
- Follow all company SOPs and food safety guidelines.
- Keep mobile phone use to emergencies during working hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
