Job Description
We are looking for independent, commission-based Sales Managers / Sales Representatives to develop our business in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities include identifying new customers, generating sales enquiries, developing relationships with procurement managers, EPC contractors, distributors and industrial buyers, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in steel, metals, piping products or industrial supplies.
- Existing contacts in the UAE or Saudi Arabian industrial market preferred.
- Understanding of stainless steel, copper, aluminium and industrial piping products.
- Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
- Ability to independently generate and close business.
Compensation
- 3%–7% commission on successfully closed sales.
- Commission based on order profitability, value and business contribution.
- No fixed salary – independent, performance-based engagement.
- Commission payable against customer payments received, as per agreed terms.
