Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Hyderabad. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting sales presentations to meet organizational objectives. The Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, provide sales training to team members, and oversee sales management processes. They will collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure optimal client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales targets and handling negotiation processes
- Experience in Training to coach and mentor sales team members effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in event management or a related field is a plus
