We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients for the role of IT Recruiter.
📍 Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals
✅ Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
✅ Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills:
✔ End-to-End Recruitment
✔ Stakeholder Management
✔ Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals
