Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist will maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams on workforce planning, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting in training and orientation for new hires. The role requires careful documentation of recruitment activities and adherence to company policies and fair hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new team members joining the organization.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Previous experience in IT or software services recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
