We are looking for someone who can use AI to recruit smarter—not just work harder.
This is a role for someone who enjoys research, technology, people and problem-solving and wants to build a career in modern recruitment.
Your role will go beyond simply searching for CVs.
Understand Job Descriptions and identify critical skills, technologies and experience required.
Research the client, their business, products, technologies and industry.
Identify competitors and target companies from where relevant talent can be sourced.
Research talent markets and build relevant candidate pools.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Google and other platforms.
Use ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools for JD analysis, market research, sourcing, screening and productivity.
Screen resumes and assess actual role-fit, not just keyword matches.
Speak with candidates, understand their experience and evaluate suitability.
Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate the recruitment process.
Explore new AI tools, sourcing techniques and recruitment methods to continuously improve productivity.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for smart and adaptable people—not necessarily experienced recruiters.
You could be:
A junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional
A fresher with excellent communication and strong learning ability
Graduate interested in recruitment
Anyone who is naturally curious about AI, technology and people
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong internet research skills
Good logical and analytical thinking
Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI tools
Good understanding of computers and online platforms
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Strong ownership and follow-through
Genuine curiosity to explore new tools and technologies
Good to Have:
Naukri / LinkedIn sourcing experience
Boolean search knowledge
Recruitment experience
Engineering/Manufacturing domain exposure
Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
