Job Purpose
High-level efficiency, strategic alignment of recruitments.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Sales, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Support roles,
•Workforce planning with business heads
•Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche hiring
•Ensure structured screening, interviewing, and selection process
•Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining conversions
•Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.

•Search & Sourcing tools.
•Market trends.
•Technical Fluency
Education, Experience and Competencies:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Business Administration.
Experience
5 + years of experience in similar role.
