Role Description The Recruiting Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dadri. The intern will support the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining applicant tracking records, assisting with job posting creation, and communicating with candidates regarding scheduling and next steps. The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, such as preparing documentation, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth joining experience. The intern will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers, gaining hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, shortlisting, and supporting selection processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication, including conducting initial candidate interactions and maintaining professional correspondence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, such as coordinating orientation sessions and assisting with onboarding activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining candidate records and schedules.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and comfort working with online recruitment tools or HR systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Dadri and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to all candidates.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
