Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles.
- Handle recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Understand technical job requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers with relevant HR/recruitment knowledge can apply.
