Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using portals like WorkIndia, calling, and screening potential applicants.
Align candidates for interviews and fulfill hiring requirements on time.
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and daily status reports.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and candidate sourcing.
