BeastLife is looking for an enthusiastic and execution-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Paid Internship | PPO Opportunity
This is a paid internship with an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance, business requirements and overall fit.
If you already have prior exposure to HR / Recruitment and want to build hands-on experience in hiring within a fast-paced D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand environment, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, databases and other relevant channels
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active hiring requirements
- Use targeted searches to identify suitable candidates across different functions
Candidate Screening
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Understand candidates’ experience, skills, current location, notice period, compensation expectations and career interests
- Share relevant profiles with the HR team / hiring managers
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
- Track interview feedback and candidate movement throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain regular follow-ups to minimise candidate drop-offs
Hiring & Joining Support
- Assist in managing candidates through the complete recruitment funnel
- Support offer discussions and candidate follow-ups
- Coordinate documentation and joining-related activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Support the HR team in ensuring positions are closed within defined timelines

You may get exposure to hiring for roles across marketing, sales, e-commerce, operations, creative, content, CRM, video, digital and other business functions.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior HR / Recruitment Internship experience is mandatory
- Prior experience with a D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Brand will be preferred
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain recruitment trackers
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with urgency
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage
- Someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Gurugram | Work From Office
Our office is located in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
Candidates who are already based in Gurugram / nearby areas or are willing to relocate and comfortably commute to the office will be preferred.
Joining Preference
Immediate Joiners will be given priority.
