Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter intern role based in Noida. The IT Recruiter intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for technical and IT-related roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases, and updating recruitment trackers and reports. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves using online job portals, professional networks, and social media to attract talent, while learning best practices in IT recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to help identify and engage suitable technology-focused talent.
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Hiring, including coordinating interview processes and assisting with offer management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using job portals, professional networking platforms, and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems
