About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce development within some of the most rapidly evolving and technically demanding industries. As a Senior Recruiter at NES Fircroft, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma sectors. Your expertise will help our clients build innovative teams that drive technological advancement and operational excellence. The position requires a strategic mindset, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively. You will work closely with hiring managers and industry professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates, contributing directly to the growth and success of our clients’ projects and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in technical or industry-specific recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in Bullhorn being highly advantageous. Strong sourcing skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and industry networks are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with a goal-oriented attitude, will ensure success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:
- Industry-Focused Hiring: Sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Employing innovative sourcing techniques across various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with niche talent pools and passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- ATS Management: Keeping the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) updated with accurate job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback.
- Client Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, crafting compelling job descriptions, and delivering quality candidates within stipulated timelines.
- Event Participation: Representing NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, networking events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring all recruitment processes adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain high-quality hiring standards.
- Performance Metrics: Achieving and exceeding recruitment KPIs, including placement targets, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction ratings.
