Role Description This full-time remote US IT Recruitment Specialist role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring technology professionals for Crystal Data’s commercial and government clients. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job requisitions, searching for candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, and conducting initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand position requirements, presenting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer negotiations. The specialist will also maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, build talent pipelines for recurring roles, and stay current with industry trends and market conditions relevant to IT hiring in the US.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Technology Recruitment and IT Recruitment for US-based roles.
- Proven experience in Recruiting and Hiring, including end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Knowledge of US hiring practices, employment regulations, and standard recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT consulting, systems integration, or federal/state government projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
