We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, fees, and batches.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for students.
- Maintain student records and admission documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for class schedules.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area remains organized.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions.
- Handle office correspondence, courier, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain attendance records and support daily office operations.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and aviation events.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and institute records.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and email.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
