Role Description The Front Desk Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate team members. Responsibilities include maintaining visitor logs, coordinating appointments and meeting room schedules, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The role also involves providing prompt customer service, managing basic administrative tasks such as handling mail, supporting documentation, and assisting other departments with front-office coordination. The Front Desk Executive will represent Suchita Group’s values through professional communication, courteous interaction, and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with visitors and team members.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English and local languages.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties expertise, including visitor management, appointment scheduling, and front-office coordination.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette skills to handle calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Relevant experience in front desk, administrative, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, calendars, spreadsheets, and office software) is beneficial.
- Ability to remain organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in administration or hospitality are an advantage.
