Role Description The Plumbing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees plumbing works across project sites, including planning daily activities, assigning tasks, and supervising plumbing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. The Plumbing Supervisor coordinates with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and contractors to ensure timely completion of installations, testing, and commissioning. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, inspecting completed work, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and local regulations. The role also involves maintaining material and labor records, supporting quality assurance, and promoting a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with proven experience leading on-site plumbing teams and coordinating daily work schedules.
- Hands-on expertise in plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction with solid customer service skills and the ability to address client queries professionally.
- Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in plumbing or mechanical services; diploma or degree in a related engineering field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards related to plumbing and MEP works.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work under deadlines on active construction sites.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on EPC projects.
