About HiTime.AppOne App, Two Networks, Endless Connections.
HiTime.App is a new-generation intent-based networking platform, helping people find the right people for the right purpose.
The platform brings professional and personal networking together while keeping the two experiences separate.
We are currently testing and improving HiTime.App and are looking for highly curious, technology-oriented interns who can combine AI, product thinking, operations and product testing.
About the Role
This is not a conventional operations or manual testing internship.
You will work directly with the product team and help us test, improve and operate HiTime.App while exploring how AI and AI agents can automate repetitive operational work and improve product quality.
You should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools and interested in understanding how AI agents can be built and used in real business workflows.
Note: Candidates with experience in building AI agents will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Test HiTime.App across mobile and web platforms.
- Test new features and existing user journeys.
- Identify bugs, usability problems and unexpected behavior.
- Perform regression and exploratory testing.
- Test different user scenarios and edge cases.
- Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots and videos.
- Verify fixes provided by the development team.
- Assist with day-to-day product operations.
- Identify repetitive operational tasks that can potentially be automated.
- Research and experiment with AI tools and AI agents.
- Build simple AI-powered workflows/agents for operational use cases.
- Explore how AI can assist with customer support, moderation, data analysis, QA and internal operations.
- Use AI to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
- Analyse user feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Suggest improvements to product flows and operational processes.
- Work directly with the founder/product team.
AI Skills We Are Looking For
You should have hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools.
