Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, with multiple positions available across functions such as engineering, project management, operations, and support. Team members may be involved in designing and reviewing systems for paint booths and metal finishing, supporting project planning and execution, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks can include preparing documentation, assisting in installation and commissioning activities, monitoring project timelines, and contributing to continuous improvement in processes and quality. Depending on the position, responsibilities may also involve vendor coordination, basic cost and resource tracking, and participation in cross-functional meetings to support successful turnkey project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, preferably with exposure to automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to understand and work with design documents, technical drawings, and specifications for industrial systems and equipment.
- Experience or interest in project coordination, including scheduling, tracking progress, and supporting on-site activities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality standards, and willingness to learn specialized metal finishing and paint booth technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, technology, or a related field; prior experience in automotive projects or turnkey industrial installations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel to client locations as required for project needs.
