Role & responsibilities :
- Preparing preconstruction & construction schedule in MSP
- Tracking & updating progress in MSP
- Prepare Micro schedule
- Visits site to cross check status & coordinate meetings
- Prepare, look ahead , plan & monitor it
- Monitor DPR received from site
- Arrange & minutes review meetings
- Generate reports from In 4 ERP
- Workout planned labour histogram & monitor it daily
- Delay Analysis
- Assist planning head to prepare different MIS reports
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in planning and coordination.
- Residential & commercial building experience is must.
