Location: Mysuru (On-site)
Preference: Candidates from Mysuru are preferred.

Key Responsibilities -
✔ Prepare project schedules, daily, weekly, and milestone plans.
✔ Monitor project progress through regular site visits.
✔ Compare planned vs. actual progress and identify delays.
✔ Develop recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
✔ Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects/Consultants, Purchase Managers, and Process Coordinators.
✔ Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
✔ Maintain planning documents, schedules, and drawing records.
✔ Update project progress in company software.
✔ Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
✔ Report project status and planning updates to the Head of Projects.
Qualifications -
✔ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
✔ Mechanical or other Engineering graduates with strong project planning experience may also apply.
✔ Experience in project planning, scheduling, or construction project coordination.
✔ Knowledge of construction drawings and project monitoring.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
