Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Civil Planning Engineer to handle project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities for civil construction projects. The role involves close coordination with the Project Manager and site execution team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports
Prepare measurement sheets from site data and approved drawings
Monitor project progress and identify delays with corrective action plans
Analyze variations, extra items, and contractor/vendor claims
Prepare preliminary and revised cost estimates periodically
Coordinate with site, billing, and procurement teams
Ensure optimum use of resources for quality, safety, and cost control
Support Project Manager in planning, reporting, and decision-making
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Applications from other domain will not be considered.
Experience
3–15 years of experience in civil construction projects
Proffered Experience
Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or building projects
Knowledge of billing, BOQ, and contract management
Exposure to EPC / PMC project environments
