Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage master schedules that detail all construction phases, from excavation to handover, using project management software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
· Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the baseline plan, and propose corrective actions to keep construction on track.
· Allocate and optimize resources—such as manpower, materials, and equipment—to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
· Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments, highlighting potential delays and planning mitigation strategies.
· Coordinate with project managers, site teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all activities are integrated into the overall schedule and goals remain aligned.
· Prepare progress and deviation reports for stakeholders, supporting decision-making at management levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is usually mandatory.
· Proficiency in scheduling and planning tools, especially Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Excel.
· Strong analytical abilities for performing time-impact and critical path analyses.
· In-depth understanding of high-rise construction techniques, sequencing, and logistics.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
· Three or more years of relevant experience in high-rise or complex building projects or construction field is preferred.
