Qualifications
- Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution) and current valid registration/licensure as applicable.
- Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercise prescription.
- Experience or interest in working within multidisciplinary settings that include Chiropractic Care, Osteopathy, and other advanced pain management modalities.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans, track outcomes, and maintain detailed, accurate clinical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients, and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
- Comfort working in a high-volume, patient-centered clinic environment, with strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to evidence-based, non-surgical, and drug-free approaches to pain relief and functional recovery.
- Prior experience in spine care or orthopedic physiotherapy is an advantage; proficiency in using modern physiotherapy equipment is beneficial.
