Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Gurugram. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and post-surgical needs, performing detailed evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, guiding exercise and movement correction programs, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapy as needed. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise programs, as well as maintaining accurate clinical records and collaborating with other team members to ensure high-performance, outcome-focused care. The Physiotherapist will contribute to a holistic, movement-centered approach that supports long-term recovery and performance.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy or equivalent), with valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Clinical skills in sports physiotherapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic abilities, including musculoskeletal evaluations, functional movement analysis, and outcome tracking.
- Experience with exercise prescription, movement correction, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Ability to educate and motivate patients, with clear communication skills and a patient-centered, empathetic approach.
- Comfort working in a high-performance, team-oriented clinical environment, including collaboration with other therapists, coaches, and health professionals.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining detailed patient records and following clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Previous experience in sports rehab, athletic populations, or performance-focused settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to continuously learn, adopt new techniques, and contribute to the center’s philosophy that movement is medicine.
