Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at VitalPhysio⁺ in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients through detailed history-taking, physical examinations, and functional evaluations to determine appropriate treatment goals and plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering individualized therapy programs, with advanced modalities, providing manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and educating patients on posture, ergonomics, home exercises, and prevention strategies. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on patient response and current clinical guidelines. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with colleagues and referring practitioners, participate in case discussions, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and orthopedic physiotherapy, with the ability to create evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, and rehabilitation program design.
- Clear and compassionate communication skills for educating patients, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed, accurate records while following ethical and regulatory standards.
- Commitment to person-centered care, cultural sensitivity, and non-discriminatory practice, ensuring respectful treatment of individuals from all backgrounds.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment in Bengaluru, with reliability in on-site attendance and readiness to follow clinic protocols and safety procedures.
- Interest in ongoing professional development, participation in training or workshops, and openness to integrating new research and techniques into practice.
