Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions. Responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, tracking patient progress, and updating treatment plans as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adhere to professional standards and organizational protocols.
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and valid professional registration or license, as required.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Ability to manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases, with knowledge of evidence-based practice.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good documentation, organizational, and time management abilities to handle a consistent patient load.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Willingness to engage in continued professional development, training, and skill enhancement.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital physiotherapy setting is preferred but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
