Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will support day-to-day activities related to RF product development, testing, and documentation, working closely with engineering and production teams. Responsibilities may include assisting in design review, preparing technical content or documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining records for product specifications and quality checks. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, resolving basic technical issues, and contributing to process improvements. The candidate is expected to follow established safety and quality procedures and participate in regular team meetings.
Qualifications
- Understanding of RF and microwave components such as power amplifiers, filters, antennas, circulators, and couplers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.
- Basic hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and preparing technical documents.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage tasks independently, and meet project timelines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in RF manufacturing, testing, or quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
