Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth functioning of internal processes, and support cross-functional coordination across product, technology, and business teams. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and implementing operational policies and best practices. The Operations Manager will manage resource allocation, vendor and partner relationships, and support budgeting and planning to align operations with organizational goals. The role also includes identifying process improvements, supporting risk management and compliance, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Operational management and process improvement skills, including experience in workflow optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Project and stakeholder management abilities, such as coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with capacity to interpret data, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement practical, scalable solutions.
- Communication and leadership capabilities, including clear written and verbal communication, people management, and the ability to drive alignment across teams.
- Business and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and supporting strategic decision-making in a technology or product-focused environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and modern technology stacks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in operations management within tech, product, or startup environments is strongly preferred.
