EDZER | Expert Resume Writing & ATS Optimization Service EDZER Resume Studio | Résumés that get results Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team on-site. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing and operational execution - you’ll be the point of contact ensuring clients have a smooth experience while also supporting behind-the-scenes optimization work that drives outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction Management: Serve as a primary touchpoint for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout their engagement with EDZER.
- Job Portal Optimization: Manage and optimize client profiles across job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri) to improve visibility and application success rates.
- Interview Preparation Kits: Create customized interview preparation materials for clients, covering common questions, company research, and role-specific guidance.
- Client Query Resolution: Address client queries promptly and accurately, coordinating with internal teams where needed to resolve issues.
- General Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks that support the smooth functioning of client-facing services.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream); background in HR, business administration, or communications is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interacting directly with clients in a professional setting.
- Basic familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work on-site from our office.
