We’re hiring Managers – Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing (2 roles) who understand that impressions don’t matter — conversions do.
This role is for operators who can:
• Scale high-performance campaigns across Meta & Google that deliver a predictable lead pipeline
• Optimize relentlessly using data, attribution, and funnel metrics.
• Build and refine full-funnel journeys that convert intent into site visits and bookings
• Drive CPL efficiency while maintaining lead quality in a competitive real estate market
• Collaborate with sales to close the loop between marketing spend and revenue outcomes.
📍 Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune
🎯 Experience: 5–6 years in real estate performance marketing
