About Unifit Realty
Unifit Realty is a Gurgaon-based premium real estate advisory firm focused on high-value residential and commercial properties across Gurgaon/NCR.
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid digital acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for premium real estate, primarily ₹2 Cr–₹10 Cr+ properties.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize for CPL, qualified leads, site visits and conversions.
- Test audiences, keywords, creatives, landing pages and campaigns.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI and CRM tracking.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
- Analyse the complete funnel: Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong practical experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns independently.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and CRM tracking.
- Real estate experience is preferred, particularly Gurgaon/NCR.
- Experience with premium/luxury real estate is an advantage.
Important: We are looking for a hands-on campaign manager, not someone who only coordinates with an external agency.
Candidates should be able to discuss actual campaigns they have personally managed, including budget, leads, CPL, qualified leads and business results.
Location: Sector 42, Gurugram
Experience: 3–6 years
- Salary: ₹7–10 LPA, depending on experience and proven results.
