Performance Marketing Manager – Google & Meta Ads

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for developing performance strategies, managing client accounts and budgets, driving campaign growth, and leading the performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop, scale, and optimize lead generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Own campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Identify opportunities for campaign scaling, performance improvement, and cost optimization.
- Manage client relationships, conduct performance reviews, and present campaign strategies and results.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Performance Marketing team, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Set priorities, review team performance, and provide strategic guidance on campaigns.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Web, and Sales teams to improve overall campaign and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation campaigns – Mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and significant advertising budgets.
- Strong strategic, analytical, client management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
