Role Summary
They are looking for an experienced Peoplesoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits to support enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of PeopleSoft functional knowledge and technical development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- Design and implement PeopleSoft HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and customize PeopleSoft HCM applications using PeopleTools.
- Work across Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time & Labor modules.
- Configure, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft 9.2+ applications.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft technical objects and customizations.
- Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical/functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Must have: PeopleSoft in v9.2+ development experience with Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor and People Tools.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or higher.
- Strong understanding of Core HRMS.
- Hands-on experience with North America Payroll (NA Payroll).
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools.
