About HiWox
HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation across 9 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.
We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data and wellness.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Mental & Emotional Wellness Expert who can help build the mental and emotional wellness function at HiWox, develop evidence-informed frameworks and contribute to personalized wellness programs, assessments, content and interventions.
This is an equity-based founding team opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to building a long-term preventive wellness ecosystem rather than work only as a conventional consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and structured approaches for assessing and improving mental and emotional wellness.
- Contribute to HiWox's wellness assessment and Digital Health Index by identifying relevant mental and emotional wellness parameters.
- Design evidence-informed wellness programs focused on stress management, emotional resilience, lifestyle balance, self-awareness and healthy coping mechanisms.
- Work with the product and data teams to convert mental and emotional wellness concepts into measurable parameters, assessments and user journeys.
- Develop educational content, resources, workshops, webinars, podcasts and expert-led sessions around mental and emotional wellness.
- Collaborate with fitness, nutrition, healthcare and other wellness experts to create multidisciplinary wellness programs.
- Help define measurable outcomes and methods for tracking improvements in users' mental and emotional wellness over time.
- Conduct research on emerging approaches, frameworks and tools relevant to preventive mental and emotional wellness.
- Support content creation and awareness campaigns to make mental and emotional wellness accessible and understandable.
- Help establish appropriate boundaries, escalation protocols and referral pathways where users may require qualified clinical or medical support.
- Work closely with the founders to build HiWox's mental and emotional wellness ecosystem from the ground up.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in psychology, counselling, behavioural science, mental wellness, emotional wellness or a closely related field.
- Relevant degree, professional qualification or recognized certification.
- Practical experience in mental/emotional wellness, counselling, behavioural interventions, wellness programs or related areas.
- Strong understanding of stress, emotional regulation, resilience, behaviour and lifestyle-related wellness.
- Ability to translate professional knowledge into simple, practical and measurable wellness frameworks.
- Comfortable working with technology, data and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong research, communication and content-development skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in an early-stage startup environment.

Important
This is an equity-only opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.
The expected contribution is 20–25 hours per week on a remote, part-time basis. We are looking for someone interested in building long-term value and taking ownership of the mental and emotional wellness function.
The founder onboarding process includes 3–4 strategic discussions followed by a 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate expertise, ownership, execution and long-term alignment.
Equity will be structured based on contribution, responsibility and commitment, with a 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.
Fixed compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
If you are primarily looking for a fixed-salary position, this opportunity may not be suitable at the current stage.
