Role Description The Mathematics & Science Faculty at EduGreed will design and deliver engaging lessons in mathematics and science that support conceptual understanding and application-based learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curriculum-aligned instructional activities, conducting classroom teaching sessions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The faculty member will integrate problem-solving and mindfulness-based practices into lessons to support students’ academic and personal development. Additional tasks involve collaborating with colleagues on curriculum improvement, participating in parent interactions, and maintaining accurate academic records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Physics, with a focus on conceptual clarity and real-world applications.
- Knowledge of Statistics and its practical use in data interpretation and analysis.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for mathematics and science, including lesson planning and assessment design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Science Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience at school or coaching institute level is highly beneficial.
- Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment and engage diverse learners.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and time-management skills.
- Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to enhance instruction.
- Commitment to holistic education, including mindfulness and student well-being.
