Role Description The Executive Coach will provide one-on-one and group coaching to senior leaders, focusing on leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and professional growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves conducting assessments, creating individualized coaching plans, and facilitating coaching sessions that align with organizational goals. The Executive Coach will collaborate with executive management to understand business priorities, support leadership transitions, and address performance challenges. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training workshops, documenting coaching outcomes, and providing regular progress reports. The role also requires staying current with coaching best practices and contributing to the development of Galaxy Ventures’ leadership programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Coaching and Coaching skills to support senior leaders through structured, outcome-oriented engagements.
- Candidates should possess Business Coaching and Executive Management-related skills to align individual development with organizational strategy and performance.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to design and deliver leadership workshops and group development sessions.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates should have proven experience working with executives or high-potential leaders, ideally in a business or startup environment.
- Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to translate insights into practical action plans.
- A relevant certification in coaching, organizational development, psychology, or leadership is highly beneficial; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.
