Role Description
The Master Instructor – ACE Personal Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in ACE Personal Trainer curriculum and related fitness education programs. Day-to-day activities include preparing course materials, teaching virtual classes and workshops, demonstrating safe and effective exercise techniques, and supporting learners through assessments and feedback. The role involves mentoring aspiring personal trainers, answering student questions, and guiding participants toward certification and professional readiness. The Master Instructor also collaborates with TFA staff to refine course content, uphold accreditation standards, and contribute to ongoing program development. Regular communication with students and colleagues via online platforms is essential to ensure a consistent, engaging, and inclusive learning experience.

- Major Metropolitan city: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in Personal Training and the Fitness Industry, including current ACE Personal Trainer certification or equivalent recognized credential.
- Strong skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, with experience leading diverse classes and workshops in virtual or in-person settings.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and professional support for learners and partners.
- Knowledge of exercise science, program design, and safety practices, including CPR/AED certification and familiarity with lifesaving protocols.
- Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners, preferably in certification or continuing education programs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules, and use digital tools for instruction and communication.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and continuous professional development in fitness education.
