🎵 We’re Hiring | Western Key Flute Instructor
Art Gharana is looking for an experienced and passionate Western Key Flute Instructor to join our team on a Part-Time / Freelance basis.
🎶 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured online Western Key Flute classes.
- Teach students across different age groups and skill levels.
- Plan lessons according to the student’s level, goals, and learning requirements.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct demo classes professionally and create a positive learning experience.
- Follow the assigned syllabus, teaching guidelines, and organizational processes.
- Maintain timely communication and class-related updates.
🎓 Requirements
- Prior teaching experience in Western Key Flute is required.
- Relevant certification, formal training, or educational qualification in Western Key Flute/Music will be preferred.
- Strong command of Western Key Flute with good theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Experience in online music teaching will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Professional, punctual, and committed approach towards teaching.
- Ability to handle students professionally and create an engaging online learning environment.
💻 Technical Requirements
Candidates must have:
- A laptop/desktop suitable for conducting online classes.
- Stable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- Reliable power and internet backup.
- A clutter-free, distraction-free and professional background for conducting classes.
- Good lighting and clear audio/video quality.
- Familiarity with online meeting/teaching platforms.
