We’re building one that isn’t.
Zira is a premium cookware & kitchenware brand creating healthier, toxin-free products for modern Indian homes. We’re looking for someone who can make marketing just as exciting as the products we build.
What you’ll own
Brand
* Own Zira’s complete marketing calendar & campaign roadmap
* Lead product launches, festive campaigns & brand storytelling
* Build a distinctive brand voice across every customer touchpoint
Digital
* Work with our Meta & Google agencies to scale performance
* Improve ROAS, CAC & customer acquisition
* Build retention through Email, WhatsApp & CRM
* Continuously improve our Shopify experience and conversion
Social & Content
* Own Instagram, YouTube & future social channels
* Plan and execute monthly content calendars
* Coordinate shoots with creators, photographers & designers
* Lead influencer marketing from outreach to execution
* Turn everyday cookware into content people actually want to share
Growth
* Manage marketing across Shopify, Amazon & Flipkart
* Optimize listings, A+ content & marketplace visibility
* Execute retail campaigns, exhibitions & in-store branding
* Build weekly dashboards and bring fresh ideas backed by data
You’ll thrive here if you…
* Have 3-4 years of experience in a D2C brand or marketing agency
* Enjoy switching between strategy and execution in the same day
* Can manage agencies without micromanaging them
* Have great taste, high ownership, and an instinct for memorable brands
This is a builder’s role. You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, move fast and create work that actually gets noticed.
