JOB OPPORTUNITY – MARKETING MANAGER (MANPOWER SUPPLY)
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team in the Manpower Supply / Staffing Services business.
Position: Marketing Manager – Manpower Supply
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for manpower supply services.
* Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
* Handle corporate and government clients.
* Identify and follow up on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tenders and opportunities.
* Manage the complete GeM bidding process, including tender analysis, bid submission, documentation and follow-up.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government departments.
* Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of manpower supply contracts.
* Achieve business and revenue targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Manpower Supply / Staffing / Facility Management is preferred.
* Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is mandatory.
* Knowledge of GeM tenders, bidding, government contracts and documentation.
* Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
* Good knowledge of business development and marketing.
* Candidates with established contacts and experience in government/corporate manpower contracts will be preferred.
