Role Description The Manager – Claims & Promotional Elements is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end claims handling related to promotional schemes, trade offers, and marketing programs, ensuring timely validation, processing, and settlement of claims. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, and insurance partners to verify eligibility, monitor claim status, and resolve discrepancies. The manager will track promotional budgets, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership review. Daily activities include analyzing claim trends, improving processes and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and insurance requirements, and supporting audits and reconciliations. The role also contributes to planning future promotional elements by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in claims handling and claims management, with experience managing promotional or insurance-related claims.
- Knowledge of insurance and insurance claims processes, including coordination with insurers and understanding policy coverage.
- Well-developed analytical skills for reviewing data, identifying patterns, detecting irregularities, and recommending process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; ability to create trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, or a similar high-volume consumer industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, result orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
