Role Description The Claims Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process, including claim registration, verification of documentation, assessment of coverage, and coordination with insurers and internal teams. The Claims Manager reviews claim details, analyzes policy terms, evaluates liability, and recommends fair settlement outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers to clarify claim status, resolving queries, escalating complex cases when required, and maintaining accurate claim records and reports. The role also involves improving claims workflows, identifying patterns or fraud risks, and contributing to customer-focused service enhancements.
Qualifications
