Role Description The Debt Collection Agency Manager at V CATCH is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading and managing debt collection teams, setting performance targets, and overseeing daily operations to ensure timely and compliant recovery of outstanding dues. The manager will design and refine collection strategies, monitor call quality and productivity, and implement process improvements aligned with organizational standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, preparing performance reports, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. The role also requires coaching and mentoring team members, conducting training sessions, and fostering a professional and ethical collections environment.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, including performance monitoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in debt collection operations, call center management, or BPO environments, with a focus on recovery and compliance.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, operational analytics, and use of CRM or collection management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for client interaction and escalations.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection and customer data protection.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet collection targets ethically, manage high-pressure situations, and adapt to changing business needs.
