Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based in Noida. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and machinery used in manufacturing industrial packaging products. Daily activities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing equipment issues, executing corrective and preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement of plant reliability and safety. The role involves coordination with production and quality teams to minimize downtime, maintain maintenance records, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Engineer will also assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment and suggest upgrades to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Having knowledge about Compressor , vacuum, Gear box maintenance and motor Connection, machine connection is must for this role.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for industrial machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering for manufacturing environments, including troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance routines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance, including basic electrical diagnostics and repair for plant equipment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or packaging plant environment, preferably with plastics or industrial packaging products.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic industrial automation concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
