Job Purpose
We are looking for an Electrical Executive / O&M Support Executive to support plant Operation & Maintenance activities, backend coordination, compliance documentation, and issue resolution. The candidate will coordinate with customers, CX teams, plant teams, and field teams to ensure smooth O&M operations and timely closure of operational queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for operational support.
- Provide backend support for plant-related O&M activities.
- Coordinate with plant and field teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle internal and customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support electrical troubleshooting and operational follow-ups.
- Maintain O&M records, reports, trackers, and communication updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end issue closure.
- Assist in preventive maintenance coordination and operational activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of electrical systems and plant operations.
- Knowledge of O&M and maintenance activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and query-resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have an Electrical Engineering / ITI Electrical background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in O&M, electrical maintenance, plant operations, or backend support.
- Experience in coordinating with plant, field, customer, and internal teams will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working from Noida Sector 18.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.
