What We’re Looking For• Strong experience in luxury/premium real estate sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong client relationship & communication skills
• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team
• Good knowledge of Chennai’s premium real estate market
• Strong networking and channel partner management skills
Key Responsibilities✔️ Drive sales for premium & luxury real estate projects
✔️ Manage high-value clients and property consultations
✔️ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
✔️ Develop new business opportunities and channel partnerships
✔️ Handle negotiations and ensure successful closures
✔️ Maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients
