- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to enrollment.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement corrective actions.
- Improve lead-to-demo and demo-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Track revenue, enrollments, average ticket size, conversion rates, and other key sales metrics.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set individual and team-level targets.

- Monitor counsellor productivity, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Identify high performers and support underperforming team members through structured coaching.
- Conduct regular call reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Train the team on product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing.
- Build a performance-driven and accountable sales culture.
Sales Process & Operations
- Develop and improve sales SOPs, scripts, follow-up processes, and conversion strategies.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales reporting.
- Analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Create sales dashboards and reports for management review.
- Establish effective lead allocation and follow-up systems.
- Ensure leads are followed up systematically and within defined timelines.
- Continuously experiment with new sales approaches to improve conversions.

- Build a scalable sales organisation as Spellzee expands.
- Develop Team Leads and future sales leaders.
- Create structured sales training and onboarding systems.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, revenue, retention, and referrals.
- Work with the leadership team on long-term sales strategy and expansion plans.
- Take ownership of solving sales challenges instead of waiting for instructions.
