Role Description The Legal Intern role at Loanclosure.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The intern will assist in reviewing loan-related documents, drafting basic legal documents, and supporting legal consultations under supervision. Daily tasks include conducting legal research on applicable laws and regulations, organizing case files, and preparing summaries and reports for senior legal staff. The intern will help identify and document legal issues related to loan closure, compliance, and financial disputes, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and, where appropriate, supporting client interactions in a professional and confidential manner.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Law, with an interest in loan, banking, and financial regulations.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including assisting with client queries and preparing basic case notes.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and organizing agreements, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Strong Communication skills for clear written documentation and professional verbal interaction with teams and clients.
- Capacity to identify and analyze Legal Issues related to loan closure, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
- Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn case management tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning in a legal environment.
