Role Description The Legal Intern role at PInterview is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the platform’s legal and compliance needs. The intern will assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents and agreements related to platform usage, partnerships, and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations, identifying potential legal issues, and helping prepare internal guidelines or policies. The Legal Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in terms and conditions, privacy practices, and user-related documentation. The role also involves providing support to senior legal or consulting professionals and maintaining organized records of legal correspondence and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with core legal principles and frameworks.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including basic advisory work and internal compliance reviews.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, policies, and agreements.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and documenting legal information clearly.
- Capacity to identify and analyze Legal Issues relevant to online platforms, data protection, and service agreements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfort working with digital tools and online collaboration platforms; prior internship or project experience in corporate or tech-related legal work is a plus.
